We are an inclusive, affirming faith community where ALL God's Beloved are siblings in Jesus Christ. GRACE is the most important word for United Methodists. We believe that every single person is created in the image of God AND should love one another as Christ loves us. God gives us the free gift of grace, we believe in this gift and we show grace to others. Here at FUMC we live out our faith by putting our beliefs into action.
FUMC is known for being an outstanding resource in the community. We host a biweekly grocery ministry through FOA, which even includes pet food.
On Fridays we are home to CommonGoodMedical which provided free medical appointments and counseling to our uninsured neighbors.
We also host One Day Warriors AA meetings in the Sanctuary Basement MWF 7p.
